Been here twice in the last week, the first night we was here it was very busy and that's great, but the waitress was not very customer friendly at all she couldn't tell you what the soup of the day was her comment to me was well it changes everyday (here's a tip for you ... ask or know what it is before you start your shift) she brought our food out in shifts .. we ask for it all at once not when it was ready and put in the window. Now we have come back to grab lunch before finishing Christmas shopping and the staff is just plan rude, the male manager is very rude he brings over our drinks then comes back and slams the napkins down on the table. This 2nd trip here has not made a very good impression on us, food is great but the service SUCKS!

Now this place is good for a couple date, but horrible...apsolutly horrible for parties! Even when he called before hand showed up on time. When we asked about bring seated we were scoffed at, and informed "just a little longer". The hostess who seemed intitled so may have been a manager was rude. Since it was my sisters birthday we waiting... two we go there at 7 and seated at 920. They seated everyone waiting before us not to mention when we finally were seated we were not all at the same table. Our waitress was wonderful. That's why they get two stars.
I recently returned to Dayton from Denver Colorado, and stayed at the Days Inn by the cinema theatre. I had bragged about Rooster's Chicken, and how when I lived there in Dayton I loved to eat there. However I frequented the Main St. Rooster's this was my first visit to the Huber Heights Rooster's. The server was rude, cold, and inhospitable, a server from another table had to deliver our food, she then rudely took the tray from the server that was attempting to assist her without even thanking her. Then she came back and told us she had given us to many after we'd already started eating and either we pay for or give them back. She then continued being rude. We complained the on shift supervisor, all she rendered was a superficial apology repeatedly. As we went to pay for the food the cashier was on the phone and another girl was doing nothing but standing told us we have to wait until she's done talking to cash out. I laid the money down and walked out.. AWFUL SERVICE, AND A HUGE LET DOWN!!!!!!
