Could not have asked for better service. We were sat right away on Wednesday evening g right at rush. We both (husband and I) left the table to use the restroom and return to the car for a forgotten item. The restroom definitely needed attention, but that's to be expected from rush. When we both returned to the table, the waitress Jessica J. Was concerned that she had taken too long and we left. We had EXCELLENT service the entire time. Drinks were always filled and Nathan stopped over when Jessica was very busy and requested to take our order. Beer was great, food temps and appearance were awesome, and the restaurant was clean! Definitely recommend!
This place can be a hit or miss. Today was super busy and it took a while to get our food but we loved our server, Marjorie. She gave us our space but refilled our drinks and checked on us. She was genuinely friendly too. I would love to have a server like her whenever we went out to eat. Thanks Marjorie!
Meat was like chewing a rubber ball. Worst food I have had in a long long time and it said 2 for 25!! Chalk on $12 plus tip. Didn't order anything else either. Don't think I'll be going back there anytime soon. Waitress was nice though..
Every time we come to this location we receive horrible service. They renovated, so we gave it a chance, no change. This time they got me with $1 Margaritas, how hard could this be...nope
On September 23, 2017, 6:00 p.m. at this Applebee’s was quite possibly the worst dining (or non-dining) experience I’ve ever had (party of 2, we had tickets for an 8:00 p.m. concert at Rose). After waiting 35 minutes on a table, we were seated and our orders were taken within a reasonable time. After another 25 minutes, we hadn’t seen our server so we tracked down another server and asked if someone could check on our salads because we would like then before our entrees. After 8 more minutes our salads were brought out on WARM PLATES, but no silverware. We tracked down someone else and asked for some silverware to eat our wilted salads. After 5 more minutes and still no silverware, we left and went to the concert hungry.
