Transferring to another doctor. I had to reopen my case and had my employers approval beforehand and it hit the fan. The nurse practioner was rude, condescending and didn't listen to me and kept acting like I was a liar, when I've been saying the same thing for almost a year. She lied and said they called and emailed me several times, I've heard nothing from them since February. They didn't even have the results of my test...from February that they ordered 5 months late. My injury was in October. My MRI for my injury was a month after my initial injury as well, instead of right away. She conveniently was able to get results of test in 10 minutes and reveiwed it as well. My first doctor was fired, probably for what he was trying to do to me...treating with B vitamin shots as a cure all. I was told that a shoulder contusion was all I had when I have been stating the numbness, pain and swelling is still a factor since October, then called me a liar to my face when they ordered an EMG for that exact reason. Then when I caught her she changed to my condition being pre-existing because getting hit by a 15 lb box to the forearm, neck and shoulder "wouldnt do that". Its not a wait time in this place that brings the stars down for me, it is the blatant malpractice. I have been pushed into B Shots, misdiagnosed, never gotten tests when I should have, and have been left with an issue that has gotten worse, then called a liar. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH, SEEK MEDICAL TREATMENT ELSEWHERE.
Came here for a DOT physical. Terrible, terrible wait time. Took me 2.5 hours from signing in just to get called back. People up front laughing and talking bad about other people/companies. Poorly ran establishment
First of all I want to say the nurse I had was great and she did a great job. However, I wasn't seen until 3 hrs after my set appointment. Yes, I spent three hours in the waiting room for an appointment. But the reason I am leaving this review is that I could not get the results of my pre employment exam from the clerk of the clinic. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do anything. I called 7 times in 3 days with absolutely no results. Just empty promises. How hard is it to scan a few documents and send an email?! Avoid this place at all costs.
Went here for workmans comp. Not only did I have to wait 2 hours and me being the only one in there, the nurse practioner Patrice was a complete moron. I complained of stage 2 MCL strain (which I was previously diagnosed with) she told me the pain is normal, told her my knee has a painful pop anytime I move it, she says thats normal, told me if I couldn't deal with my knee popping and being in pain I should find a new job. Oh and the kicker is they said lets do an xray and said well nothing is wrong. OF COURSE NOT because my problem is with ligaments not bone. And REFUSED to refer me to a specialist!
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone at all. If you need someone for workmans comp go to Concentra in Dayton.
I’m literally sitting in the waiting room as I write this review. After sitting for nearly 3 hours ( so far ) I figured I’d check out google reviews. Much to my horror, Based on most all of their reviews this is normal. Hopefully I get called back before my hair turns grey. I’m watching the staff back there on their phones giggling and goofing off. Seriously, If you have any choice at all, DO NOT COME HERE.
