Stephanie Beeching, NP is wonderful. Jamie who answered my call was very pleasant. The lady prior to Jamie answering the phone on 9 February at approximately 3:20 was extremely rude. She needs to be removed from the desk. She has poor customer service.
I have been seen here for around 20 years. Back then the wait could be 5 hours because she accepted a lot of walk ins and such, which I couldn't complain about because often I was a walk in. They go out of their way to make sure I am taken care if.
