The automotive department for the worst!!! The guy checking me in was asking what type of oil my car takes I've never been asked that kind of question number 2 they did not vacuum my vehicle for the price that I paid and their excuse was I had belongings on the floor I had a one scarf and a beanie hat and they refuse to vacuum my floor because he States they could be filed for stealing I have never heard such a stupid excuse to not vacuum a vehicle for what I paid for... and I will never go back to them because it seems like people who are they are do not know what they're doing... I recommend to go elsewhere for a REAL OIL CHANGE.
Heights Auto center was super quick! The staff was very friendly, and had great attitudes.
Here twice, sometimes 3 times per week. For the most part, my experiences are good. Not a fan of the meat department, packaged either too small or too large (I'm cooking for 5) & over priced for the quality. Loving the new conveyor belt self check out as I am most definitely faster & more efficient than any check out cashiers. May just be me though, My goal is to get in & get out, as quick and painless as possible.
Man working in paint department knew nothing about paint. He said I'm sure you can just spray paint it. Younger guy in next isle has no idea about sandpaper. But......your security people watching me! ...I live close n shop several times a week at Walmart but after today I will be doing my shopping at Meijer. By the way I'm a 56 yr old white working grandmother. But guess that's the profile.
Went to get an oil change. I was told they were closed, despite the fact that the person at the service desk said they were open until 7. Spoke with a manager he said please be patient someone will take care of you. A second manger then comes back with an attitude and tells me the manager I spoke with can not say that I’ll be helped and that they were closed and to leave. I also spent a total of 40 minutes on hold, throughout the day, with no one ever answering the phone to answer questions I had. Worst automotive service ever.
