I am highly angry right now. This once upon a child in Huber Heights Ohio just treated me horribly! I would give this store absolutely NO stars right now! None!! The assistant Manager right now, Jenny, was extremely rude to me. I walked in to sell my nice items, I asked her how long the wait time was, she rudely said "We don't give wait times". I said "it's not a big deal, the beavercreek store just gave me a 1 1/2 HR wait" Jenny then rudely says "well we don't want to be BITCHED at" yes she used the word bitched. I then walked away and waited. The employee named Tiara then says something under her breath to the assistant Manager (Jenny) and then Jenny Loudly says "I'm glad that you said something & it wasn't only me" then they all started laughing and humiliating me! I took my stuff and left. This is very discriminating & embarrassing. I will NEVER be back here again. They humiliated me in front of EVERYONE!! Highly unprofessional, I can't believe you'd allow someone to work at your store, behaving in this manor!!
I shop here pretty often for my 7 year old daughter. The store is small and can feel really cramped if it is busy. I can always find something for her here though. My only complaint is on the stuff they buy. I brought it a ton of winter clothes she had grown out of and they were in good condition. They bought maybe 4-5 of the 50+ items I brought in and offered me around $5.00. Now, don't get me wrong I wasn't really in it for the money because I would donate it if they didn't want it. But what gets me is some of the stuff I saw hanging for sale looked 10x worse and worn out compared to the items I brought it that they didn't want. I just have trouble understanding that logic sometimes, especially since I am going to take the money you are giving me for the clothes and most likely buy more clothes for my growing daughter.
This store is one of the nicest, friendliest, and cleanest Once Upon A Child’s in my area! I love shopping here!
I've ALWAYS had a great experience shopping for my granddaughter at Once Upon a Child! And now that she's older, it's our fun "back-to-school" shopping trip every summer. Thanks for keeping prices affordable, offering great sales, and always having clean/updated stores!
I absolutely LOVE this store! There is always a nice variety of new and gently used children's clothes and toys and every visit is different. The staff is friendly and I always find what I need. The rewards program they have is great and I always save money. It is definitely worth a visit
