My favorite place to shop, I try to stop in at least twice a month. I have found some wonderful deals on name brand jeans/shirts. I have also found Victoria's Secret clothing at Great prices. The thing that I love the most is that I can try on the clothing before I purchase to make sure they fit. I also like that most of the clothing is marked by sizes so you don't have to wonder where to look. The Wonderful Staff always greets me with a warm welcome when I arrive. If your looking for name brand clothes at a discount price, Plato's is the place to shop!
My daughters and I ABSOLUTELY love shopping at this Plato's Closet!!! Staff is sooooo friendly EVERY Single time we come to this store! Always, Always have a great shopping experience!!! We come so much that they know us my face and one staff knows my name! Superb service! Superb selection even for the thicker chicks! Plato's Huber Heights is our first choice when we want to do a little shopping. Keep up the great work! You all do a GREAT JOB!!
It's overall a good place to shop! Sometimes I find great deals on name brand clothing and sometimes I don't. I gave four stars mostly because the women's clothing is almost always out of place size wise. If I'm looking for size 5/6 I can usually find them mixed in with the size 7 and likewise the 7's are usually mixed with the next sizes up. Its the same for shirt sizes! Having a staff member on the floor making sure things are in the right place instead of them (all staff) being behind the counter would be much more productive! I've also noticed Walmart brand (faded glory) jeans in there recently and they're priced pretty close to new price at Walmart which seems odd to me! Even given all those minor frustrations it's still my favorite place to shop for name brand jeans & such!!
Staff is rude. Didn't seem to acknowledge I was a human being. Didn't smile. Never going back. Shocked. Got up early and packed up a huge box of really nice stuff...drove all the way out and don't think they even looked through it. Didn't purchase one of some 50 things. Nothing trashy all real nice stuff. Felt like they just didn't want to do the work. Lost a customer after that treatment. Boycotting this company. Oh...ruined the box I brought back in too. Didn't offer a bag or anything.
Plato's in Huber always has the best, most friendly staff. I love that fact that you can find unique pieces, that are good quality, and even be able to afford to step out of your style comfort zone. Some of my favorite clothing items have come from Plato's. I appreciate the prices, and the friendliness of the store.
