Been going to the one in Huber heights Ohio for years adopted my dog there twelve years ago.A cashier named Anastasia is the best,she is always helpful and acts like she really cares.
The store itself isn't five-star because it's rarely fully stocked. But, I'm very happy with the job Arlie does grooming my Saint Bernard. And I can always get help getting my dog into the store from the parking lot, if needed, and help getting him back to the car after his grooming appointments. The people who work there seem to genuinely like dogs and it shows.
Great place to find items for ones pet that one may not be able to find at generic stores such as Walmart, Meijer or Target to name a few. Staff is well educated on products. All the great things do come with a price as does everything in a capitalistic society. You be the judge.
