Rented a truck to move. In the process of moving, it died and would not restart. Took my significant other over 30 minutes to even get ahold of their Roadside assistance. This was through the website, phone, and social media. Once we finally got ahold of that, we got a call staying it would be over 60 minutes until they could get someone. This is on the day of us moving our whole house. This was step one. So instead of setting everything up. We had to wait for that. And when we called their customer service about this issue we were berated. And treated very harshly.
