I have had an issue with this specific pharmacy 3 separate times now. Kroger has always taken care of my prescriptions but I will NEVER use the huber heights old Troy pike branch again. Multiple times have I gone to the pharmacy from the pediatrician with a sick child and every single time they refuse to fill the prescription right away even when I check in and ask them to fill it because I am in the store waiting. No one should have to wait over 2 hours for a script for their sick child and it is ridiculous for a pharmacy to insist that it will take 2 hours to fill one prescription. No parent should have to sit around with a sick child due to the incompetence of a pharmacy. Choose a different Kroger to fill your meds.
Average wait time even at the window has been from 20min to 1.5 hours with 1 person in front of you
they have roaches in the break room
Is great and poor, it just depends on when you go, most of the people are awesome, but there are a few that stand out as people you don't want to deal with, the store is clean and generally well stocked
I would like them to get a new building or build on this one. It is to small for our town. They have a clean store and good prices.
