Went in with my fiance to find a bridal set. They were SO unhelpful. When I walked in, there were people standing around. It was middle of the week so they weren't that busy, and we were barely greeted. Rather than being asked what we were looking for I had to approach someone and ask where the sets were. The lady who directed us didn't bother asking what style of ring I liked, nor did she ask a budget, or really any questions. She just started pulling expensive big rings out of the case and putting them on my finger. None of which were what I was looking for. So we left and went to a different store, a sister store, where they actually asked me numerous questions and found me the most PERFECT ring. I definitely will not go back to this Kay Jewelers
I dropped off a bracelet for repair for a Christmas present and was told I would get a phone call in 24 to 48 hours to give me details on the cost of repair. After 9 days of not hearing anything I called to figure out what was going on and they told me it's been sitting there for 6 days and they couldn't repair it. Never got a phone call or email telling me this. Then, after finding out that it's been sitting there this whole time, I received an email the next day saying my repair was done and my service has been completed, I could pick it up whenever. I picked it up, still broken. Never going to kay jewelers again.
One of the worst experience I've had shopping for jewlery. Was lied to the whole time so the manger could make a few extra bucks. Went to a bigger kays store and got exactly what I wanted. Stay away from the huber store all they want is your cash and not your satisfaction. If I could give a half star I would. Highly suggest Kays at the Dayton Mall
Great experience! Very helpful people, looked up my history and helped me get my watch sent off for warranty repairs. Couldn't have asked for nicer people or a smoother transaction!!
