I have been unfortunate enough to deal with the old know all ass in the appliance department again. He needs a job where customer service isn't required because he knows nothing of it. I have been to Lowes twice this week to try and purchase a kitchen countertop and have left both times without being helped. Very poor level of customer service at this store. Twice this week there has been nobody in the department to help. Twice this week help was paged for me and no one ever showed up to help me. The only help I got was from a rude appliance salesman who wanted to act like he knew something that he really had no idea about. I guess I will drive across town now and see if Home Depot is interested in selling me a stone countertop.
The two ladies that sold us our new wall oven were wonderful. So very helpful.

Its very easy to find stuff. But don't let your kids use the bathroom there it has a lot of writings on it.
