Maybe my experience would've been better if it weren't for the incredibly insensitive and unprofessional Dr. Scott and his team. I will never set foot in an Aspen Dental again. Unbelievable.

There was maybe one nice hygienist and that was the girl in training. Hope she doesn't learn from Dr. Scott.

This was my first experience with Aspen Dental and it was atrocious. Dr. Scott was VERY rude to my husband and made him feel horrible about what he needed done. I understand that we had extensive work that needed done, but he treated my husband like a spectacle and heavily insinuated that we couldn't afford it. I have never felt so horribly judged in my entire life. Not to mention he was the most unprofessional dentist I had ever seen. He came in wearing a sweatshirt and then kept getting in the hygienists way. He couldn't help but add insult to injury with every word that came out of his mouth. He implied that my husband didn't take care of his teeth and that s the reason why they had so many issues. (Which by the way, isn't true. A combination of accidents and genetics are the cause). Sure, everyone could be better at flossing, but that definitely isn't the root cause of his problems. Dr. Scott just treated us like garbage. Half the reason we even came to Aspen was in the hopes of finding a comfortable environment. Boy were we surprised.

I wish I would've read Yelp and Google reviews first because I guess we aren't the only people with these issues. I had an appointment set a few days after my husbands, but after witnessing the chaos that was Aspen Dental with him, I cancelled and won't be going back. I tried to keep a happy face in the appointment, but I was almost in tears leaving. We aren't delusional, we know he needed work done, but never in a million years did I think a group of "professionals" could be so insensitive. It would've been nice to not have 5 people in the room with us (and then multiple people peeking in CONSTANTLY. My husbands teeth are not that bad and we definitely ARE NOT some circus show to be stared at. He isn't a big fan of the dentist in the first place and this sure didn't help.

Now we are getting thousands of dollars of work done elsewhere. (Their estimate and what Dr. Scott said he needed done were definitely ridiculous after talking to other professionals about the same procedures). It's fast food dental at an outrageous cost.

Very sad Dental Office. My normal Aspen Dental office was overbooked so they made me an appointment at this terrible Huber Heights office. Went in for a chipped tooth, an ignorant doctor spent 2-3 seconds grinding on it then sad I would need to see my own Doctor later for a crown. Charged my insurance almost $200. He's worthless should be fired for for patient neglect, if not insurance fraud.

I saw Dr. Scott due to a painful impacted wisdom tooth. The staff was friendly, and I enjoyed Dr. Scott's music. Unfortunately my tooth didn't want to become numb or come out. After 14 injections and 2.5 hours the stubborn thing came out. They talked me through the procedure, and he was very reactive when he noticed my discomfort. I thought their prices were a little high, but my insurance covered a lot of the cost.

WOW What a Joke! I have an obvious swollen mouth, gums & face so was feeling confident that the issue would be obvious to a professional. Not only did I leave the office in the same manor I came in, but with no information on what was going on. After x--rays & a physical evaluation, the Doc said that he believed that I had a cracked tooth but couldn't find where. He immediately followed up with, "we can always pull the tooth!" What tooth? You can't even figure out what is wrong & your solution is to just start pulling teeth?! And the tooth that is bothering me is not the tooth he believed to have been cracked, or not cracked for that matter. This place obviously runs like a restaurant, the quicker you get them in the quicker you get them out and replaced! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

This was the best dental experience I have ever had. Everyone was so nice. And the Dentist was exceptional. My entire family will be switching over now.
