I was really humbled by the kindness and integrity from this management team. I was out of state and a newly replaced ball joint installed from a different shop failed on the highway leaving me stranded. Felix spent days dealing with the part distributor and original shop to get my warranty honored. He jumped through so many hoops to eliminate further expenses to me...all this for problems inherited from a different mechanic. John Wiegand carries a VP title for Precision and he personally called me to follow up. The management team in this area is outstanding.
So far, so good with this place. They don't work on commission, so they're not constantly trying to upsell you or get you to get repairs that aren't totally necessary. Everyone I've dealt with there has been very nice and thorough in explaining what needs done. Well worth checking into if you need something done.
They were very helpful with my mom's tire problem. The employee made me feel that he would take care of her like he would his own mother. Her car was ready in a timely manner.
