So kind and agreeable . He took his time explaining to this old lady. He made sure I understood everything and that Enterprise was there if I needed help. He even took me home. I never thought renting a car could be such a pleasant experience.
Customer service is terrible, and they have no idea what they are doing when it comes to third party booking. Had me pay two different protection plans and told me to cancel my other. They didn't even have my reservation and I had an iternary printed and everything.
They picked me up at body shop and gave me a great car with all insurance covered for a very reasonable fee. Very helpful.
